Our Summer Hill studio has just moved to a larger facility (just 2 doors down) at number 72 Carlton Crescent, we are happy to announce that we are opening our waiting list to accommodate more people to add to our awesome crew of fierce women. After those spots are filled, we will again be at at capacity. However you can pop your name on our waiting list and try our equally awesome online program which also delivers the Warrior 12 Week Challenge.

Our Classes run for 45 mins.
Monday & Saturday’s – MMA Boxing.
Our boxing classes are a fun way to get in some sneaky cardio, improve on your hand eye coordination, gain faster reflexes, a full body workout and confidence in a sticky situation. It’s is a great way to also let out some pent up frustration. You have your own boxing bag to beat up and don’t ever have a miss matched person boxing at you.
Tuesday & Friday’s Lifting of the heavy things
This class is for girls who would like to take weight lifting a step further. Once you have been here for a few weeks getting conditioned to lift, you have this class as an option to lift heavier weights. We monitor your form and teach you technique, we teach you how to progress your lifting safely without injury.
Tuesday and Sunday’s Strength Circuit
A simple yet effective program using dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and cable weights to transform your body through pure strength training principles. Let us show you how good it can feel to lift heavy things with confidence and form
Wednesday Full Circuit
A weekly body focus combining cardio and resistance to keep things interesting whilst ensuring you discover new muscles every week.
An ability-appropriate answer to cross-fit will push you through an athletic combination of exercises to test your boundaries, build confidence and reshape the body
Friday Move Better
Is your reward for another successful week. A restorative class for all ability levels which increases flexibility and core strength whilst challenging the body with unique, low impact body weight exercises.
This is not another yoga class! Participants, expect to get your heart rate up as you pass through a range of locomotive moves. You will feel empowered when you gain new skills and move in ways you never thought possible.
Monday, Tuesday & Friday Mat Pilates
Our mat classes are designed to work the whole body precisely with control, balance, breath, alignment, concentration, flow, and precision. Each movement leads and threads into the next exercise, we teach the body to connect with the mind a little bit more each time. Magic circles and other studio props such as foam rollers and small weights are used to help you
find deeper connections to build strength, improve flexibility and posture.
Sunday Yin yoga
Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for longer and are amazing for your recovery after a week at Warrior Women Fitness. Yin is an amazing way to de-stress, centre yourself and reset for the week whilst improving on your mobility.
Liza is a Personal Trainer that understands every body is unique. She specialising in strength, weight training, boxing circuits (MMA), weight loss, planning and sustaining healthy lifestyles, goal setting, life planning, career goals, and mummy maintenance.
She loves helping women achieve greatness in their lives and feel happy and fulfilled.
Trainer and cheerleading superstar
Elise is a personal development junkie and loves taking on physical challenges. You can find her upside down or rolling around on the floor in the name of life-long movement. Her specialties include strength training, flexibility, and fitness challenges.
She believes that our ability to move physically is our greatest gift – we should honour it by finding ways to push the boundaries of what our bodies can do. Growing up as a gymnast, the fundamentals of gymnastics conditioning, skill acquisition and logical progressions form the basis of her training sessions. Elise is also a competitive cheerleader and coaches young cheerleaders.
Internationally Certified Authentic Pilates Instructor
Jessica is a health and movement enthusiast who will take any opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.
She specialises in teaching the classical Pilates method to help you create self-awareness, work all
the muscles in the body in balance like a well-oiled machine, and find lift and length from the feet up
so that you can reverse poor postural habits to transform your health.
She has developed a unique eye for looking at the body in detail and guides the conditioning of mind
and body connections. She believes in celebrating individual differences and progress, living life fully
and having a good laugh whenever you can, and keeping it real at all times!
Jessica continues to learn and train with national and international 1st and 2nd generation Pilates
instructors and health professionals to provide the best possible results for her students.
Outside of the studio you can find Jess at the local farmers market, swimming in the ocean and/or
indulging in a steamy hot chai.
